Before an Event:

You enter your account on the Move-on Access platform to manage your event

  • You have the list of people invited to your event (Excel format)
  • You create your event via the back office of Move-on Access
  • You import a list of your guests
  • You quickly download the Move-on Access application on your iPads from the Egylis store
  • You can set up of multiple access points (entrance, parking, etc. ..)
  • Email/mail out invitations to guests

During an Event:

Easily validate arrivals in one click

  • Your hosts/hostesses launch the Move-on Access app and identify themselves to access your event
  • Your guest list is immediately available
  • Add last minute arrivals
  • Receive text message updates when your VIPs arrive
  • Check-in is as simple as a click for each guest and accompagnants coming through the gate
  • Devices share information in real time (wifi or 3G)

After an Event:

Manage event statistics and closing activities 

  • Send thank you texts and emails after your event is over
  • You export in one click your initial file completed with a “presence” and “time of arrival” columns (Excel format)
